How to prepare Easy Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas?

Put oil in a large skillet and heat at medium-high heat. Next, add shredded chicken and taco seasoning and cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Then add pepper, onion, taco sauce, stir well and cook for about 5 more minutes, or until the chicken softens.

  • 6 8inch flour tortillas
  • 1 Lb. chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon taco sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
