Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups – looking for a perfect appetizer that is quick and easy to make? You’re in the right place! These Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups are made with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, green onions, chicken, garlic powder and tortillas.
Use a larger bowl to whisk together softened cream cheese, hot sauce, garlic powder and salt, then add grated cheddar, crumbled blue cheese and green onion and stir with a wooden spoon or plastic spatula to combine it.
Finally add chicken and stir well.
Divide the filling among 6 large tortillas and spread it evenly.
Roll the tortillas tight and then wrap in a plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 2h minimum.
Take them out before serving, unwrap and cut with a serrated or sharp knife to 0.5 inch slices.
Serve them with ranch dressing
Notes
Make sure that your cream cheese is soft enough, so that there aren’t any lumps.
The chicken shouldn’t be too moist, drain extra water from cream cheese and don’t put too much hot sauce, so that your roll ups aren’t soggy.
How to store Buffalo Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups? In the fridge – no longer than two days, wrapped in a plastic wrap. In the freezer – up to 3 months.
Can I use corn tortillas? I wouldn’t recommend corn tortillas, because they’re less pliable and can break easily. It will be difficult to roll them nicely.
