Burrito sized Flour tortillas
Instructions
In a large dish mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in diced turkey, dried chopped cranberries, grated white cheddar cheese, minced parsley, salt and pepper.
Spread ⅛ of the filling over tortilla; roll tight, cover in plastic foil.
Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the filling.
Notes
Keep refrigerated for at least 4 hours, possibly overnight.
Cut with a serrated knife to ½ inch circles before serving.
