Do they get soggy? I made something like this but put the cream cream cheese and sour cream on b4 the chicken and salsa .. That was probably why mine was soggy..
Hi Jackie,
You can create a moisture barrier layer between the wet ingredients and the tortilla; well-dried layers of lettuce or spinach usually do the best.
Dragana.

Hello
I need to make just enough for two people. How do I adjust the ingredients?
You can reduce the amount of ingredients to 1/3.
Best regards,
Dragana
I made these and I found them very easy to make and tasty. The Taco seasoning was very good but a bit overpowering to the other ingredients so I just added an extra dollop of sour cream and it balanced out perfectly, for us. Otherwise, I made no other changes and stuck to the recipe as written. Very good and will be making again for sure! Thank you for sharing, very good!
Thank YOU, Mellie. I'm so glad you liked it.
Best,
Dragana
What type of cheese do you use-medium cheddar or Mexican blend
I used medium cheddar cheese, Vickie.

Dragana
