- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

- 1/2 cup canned black bean, drained
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup Green or Yellow bell pepper, finely diced
- 3 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 3 large (10 inch) flour tortillas
Instructions
