Can you sub the cream cheese with something else? This sounds so good but I hate cream cheese 😖

Hi Tawni,
Ricotta, mascarpone and cottage cheese would be good substitutes, although those ones have a little extra liquid compared to cream cheese.

My gang would prefer this without the chunks of strawberry. Can I just blend all the strawberries? Or would it be best to omit the ones meant to be chopped?

This was a great recipe for Valentine’s Day yesterday. I used Cool Whip vs heavy cream as I didn’t have any heavy cream and put it in Ramekin dishes which worked out well. I left them in tje freezer until we sat down for supper and then took a few out of the freezer. They were thawed just enough when we were finished eating supper. I’ll make them again.
