Bailey’s Chocolate Chip Ice cream - it takes only 10 minutes to prepare this decadent homemade no churn ice-cream with Bailey’s and chocolate chips. It’s creamy and perfect for hot summer days, as well as special occasions like St. Patrick's day or even Christmas.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup baileys
- 1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla extract and Bailey’s, mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Gently fold the Bailey’s mixture into the whipped cream, using a spatula, until smooth.
- Save 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips to sprinkle on top, mix the rest into the ice cream mixture.
- Pour into a 9 inch loaf pan or an airtight freezer container of similar size. Sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate chips.
- Place in the freezer to freeze completely for about 6 hours.
