You will easily memorize this quick recipe and often return to it. Sweeten your teeth with this tasty treat and I’m sure you will make it very often. Prepare them with your kids – it’ll be so much fun! 

Which ingredients are necessary to make S’mores Bites?

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Powdered sugar
  • Unsalted butter
  • Hershey milk chocolate bars
  • Marshmallows

How to prepare S’ mores Bites?

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Spray mini muffin tin with non – stick cooking spray and set it aside. In a medium  bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs  and powdered sugar, then add melted butter and mix with a fork until crumbs absorb the fat. Divide the mixture among mini muffin cups in an already prepared tin and press so that the mixture lines the bottom and sides and create shallow cups.  

Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into rectangles and cut marshmallows into halves.  When the cups are done, take them out of the oven and put 1 rectangle of chocolate over a graham cracker cup, then place 1/2 a marshmallow on top.

Put them back in the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes. Take them out when marshmallows soften and the top begins to darken. Cool for  10-20 minutes and then remove from the muffin tin using a knife. That’s it. As I said at the beginning – quick and easy to a perfect treat.

How to store the leftovers? In an airtight container, at a room temperature, for a few days.  If you keep them in the fridge, the cups will soften and chocolate will become solid. 

Can I freeze S’ mores Bites?  I don’t recommend freezing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter
  • 2 (1.55 ounces) Hershey's milk chocolate bars
  • 12 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F . Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. In a medium  bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs  and powdered sugar, then add melted butter and mix with a fork until crumbs absorb the fat.
  3. Divide the mixture among 24 mini muffin cups in an already prepared tin. Press gently, so that the mixture lines the bottom and sides and create shallow cups.  
  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into rectangles and cut marshmallows into halves. 
  5. When the cups are done, take them out of the oven and put 1 rectangle of chocolate over a graham cracker cup , then place 1/2 a marshmallow with cut side down, on top. Return to the oven to bake for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Take them out when marshmallows soften and the top begins to darken. If you want the tops to be brown,  set the oven to broil, place the muffin tin under it and broil for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Stay close to the oven  and watch, the marshmallows can easily burn !   Cool for  10-20 minutes and then remove from the muffin tin using a knife.
